Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Fresco Flavors.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Order cut-off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) may begin processing the next business day.
  • Confirmation: You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
  • Shipment notification: Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking details (when available).

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. We may occasionally offer free-shipping promotions.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships (not when it is placed). Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can affect delivery.

  • Standard: typically 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited: typically 2–3 business days after shipment

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, we’ll send a tracking link to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after your label is created.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed, or the package may be returned to us.

  • Returned packages: If a package is returned due to an address issue, we may require an additional shipping payment to reship it.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your package appears lost, is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

  • Marked delivered: Please check with neighbors or building management and look around your delivery area first.
  • Damaged items: Save the packaging and take photos of the box and product(s) before reaching out.
  • Time window: Report issues within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery when tracking shows no movement).

International shipping & customs

International shipping may be available depending on your location. If you place an international order, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country.

  • Customs delays: Customs processing can cause additional delays outside our control.
  • Restricted items: Some destinations may have restrictions on food products and herbs.

Changes & cancellations

If you need to update your address or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
