Achieve "farm-to-table" flavor on the grill without the hassle of washing and chopping fresh bundles. Fresco Flavors freeze-dried Rosemary and Oregano are uniquely suited for high-heat grilling. Finishing with Fresco Flavors Parsley for a bright, nutrient-rich pop of color that rehydrates instantly in the steam of the charred vegetables.

The Marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Fresco Flavors Garlic, Rosemary, and Oregano. Let the herbs sit in the oil for 5 minutes to activate.

Coat: Add the vegetables to the bowl and toss thoroughly until the herbs are evenly distributed.

Grill: Place vegetables on a grill pan or skewers. Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and charred.

The Finish: Remove from heat and immediately sprinkle with Fresco Flavors Parsley. The residual heat will "bloom" the parsley, adding a final layer of garden-fresh flavor.
